A service mark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services.
United States Solar Corporation, including its subsidiaries ("US Solar"), reserves all rights with respect to its service marks and logos ("Marks"). Any unauthorized use of a US Solar-owned Mark, or any use of a mark that is confusingly similar to a US Solar-owned Mark, would constitute infringement of US Solar's exclusive service mark rights.

US/SOLAR is the text representation of our Logo Mark, and represents US Solar as a retail electricity service that provides services such as: allowing customers to subscribe to solar energy through community solar programs, purchase renewable energy credits produced by solar equipment; allowing customers to purchase renewable energy as part of a competitive retail energy market; providing utility bill management services including tracking, reporting, analyzing and delivering energy information in the form of utility bills and utility meter data rate schedules; and electronic payment services involving electronic processing and subsequent transmission of bill payment data; Facilitating and arranging for the financing of solar electric equipment; Financing services.
Sunscription is a retail electricity service that provides services such as allowing customers to purchase renewable energy credits produced by solar equipment and allowing customers to purchase renewable energy as part
